Flowers by Mr. John has been located in Oswego since 1965. Our shop is in Canal Commons, where we have several large display windows beckoning customers passing by to come inside to shop. Our shop is always full of silk arrangements, wall pieces, and dish gardens. Customers like to pick from the hundreds of choices in our show room. We use antiques for display and change our décor often. Our Christmas Open House is an annual event in Oswego occurring in mid November. We include animated figures with our many themed trees. We have the store full from floor to ceiling. Many people remark on how they need to come back again in order to see everything. We provide quality merchandise at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We like to create custom arrangements with fresh flowers. We are known for the longevity of our floral designs.
Flowers by Mr. John receives awards annually from the Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce. We are proud to have earned these awards and strive to continue our quality service.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays, with 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Sunday

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 48 hours prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

We are known for our large selection of silk arrangements. We have a large selection of stems of silk flowers in designer colors. We also mix silk and fresh flowers in our dish gardens - very popular in our town. We keep up with trends in home décor and make specialty fruit & gift baskets. We are known for filling our Customers orders with unique choices.

A local delivery fee starting $7.00 will be added to each order, for each address.
Scriba and Southwest Oswego $7.00 delivery
Fulton, Hannibal, Mexico and Minetto $9.00 delivery
(For deliveries outside our local delivery area, the wire fee is $9.00.)
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
